Mr. Neumann is responsible for the supervision of all engineering and operations management activities of US Infrastructure's operating portfolio. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and has been practicing chemical and process engineering for the oil and gas business for the past 39 years. Mr. Neumann has been involved in the base process level design, supervision, construction, startup and operations management of natural gas processing plants in the United States and worldwide.

As Manager of Engineering for Ceritas Energy he was responsible for the construction, startup and operations management of a 50 mmcf/d gas processing plant in Liberty County, Texas. Mr. Neumann also served as Director of Process Technology for Fluor Corporation. In this capacity he was the lead engineer specializing in upstream oil and gas processing and led the design of five world-scale gas processing projects and several conceptual LNG terminal projects. He also served as Manager of Process Engineering for Conoco, Inc. where he managed a group of engineers tasked with new project design and operations support to Conoco gathering and processing facilities in the U.S. and Trinidad, including gathering and LPG extraction, LPG fractionation and coal bed methane handling. During his 10-year tenure with Natural Gas Clearinghouse (NGC, now Dynegy), Mr. Neumann held various key roles in building the NGC/Dynegy gas processing asset business from its inception in 1988 up to and beyond its merger with the Warren Division of Chevron in 1996. While at NGC Mr. Neumann developed and built the company's first gas processing project in Texarkana, managed a 50-person technical services staff and assets with an annual operating budget in excess of $50 million. Previous to this Mr. Neumann has held various roles as director of process, consultant, senior process engineer, principal process engineer and chief process systems engineer at a myriad of global businesses.

Mr. Neumann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Rice University where he graduated with honors. He earned a Master of Chemical Engineering from Rice University and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
