Mr. Urbina is responsible for US Infrastructure's business and investment strategy. He is well-versed in legal formation, securities, employment and tax law compliance (federal and state), capital structure, negotiation of business terms to final legal documents and risk mitigation. He has substantial expertise in investor and management financial reporting.
Mr. Urbina has a strong background in energy, venture capital, real estate and consulting. He is a co-founder and director of Accent Capital, LLC, a venture capital business focused on state-sponsored economic development programs. Mr. Urbina also serves on the board of directors of Daylight Partners, a privately held venture capital firm offering consulting services to high-growth, revenue-positive companies. In the real estate sector, Mr. Urbina is the co-founder of a number of real estate companies including ForeVista, a real estate firm providing asset acquisition, asset development and management, exit strategy and investor reporting services to local, regional and publicly traded companies.
Mr. Urbina is the former managing partner of US & Co., Certified Public Accountants. The company has provided accounting, foreign and domestic tax compliance, forensic and litigation support, asset protection and management services to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, Fortune 500 executives and American Indian tribes since 1984.
Mr. Urbina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
