Based in Houston and Austin, Texas, US Infrastructure Holdings, LLC (USI) develops midstream service projects across the United States. These include natural gas gathering, conditioning and processing assets in emerging resource plays with unique midstream opportunities.
USI is led by CEO Gil Burciaga and company President Zach Lee. Burciaga is a seasoned CEO with more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He was a founding member of Dynegy, Inc. (formerly Natural Gas Clearinghouse) and part of the executive team that took the company public in 1990. During his tenure, Dynegy was one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Burciaga and Lee are co-founders of Asset Risk Management, LLC (ARM), a commodity advisory firm providing risk management services to oil and gas producers and end users throughout North America.
Other members of the USI management team include Chief Financial Officer Lee Urbina; Ralph Neumann, senior vice president, engineering & operations; and Gary Bryan, senior vice president, business development. USI is supported with a $100 million private equity commitment from EnCap Flatrock Midstream of San Antonio.
